Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: J.C. Penney, Thermasource, and Starside Security & Investigation, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Aetna Life Insurance, in Fresno Federal Court; Visions Painting, in Sacramento Superior Court; T.J. Maxx, in Dallas Federal Court; Advanced Floor Care Specialists, in Orlando Federal Court; Synergy Contractors, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; and CSPS Hotel Inc., in Tampa Federal Court. (Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
