Tyson Foods hasn’t paid overtime at its Goodlettsville, Tenn., plant since it opened in April 2001, 278 named plaintiffs say in a class action in Nashville Federal Court.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: McClatchy Co. dba The Sacramento Bee, in Sacramento Superior Court; Taco Bell, in Fresno Federal Court; Soar Consulting, in Riverside County Court, Calif.; Mitsui & Co., for allegedly discriminating against non-Asian employees, and Norris City Corp./CLS Management, and Chicken Kitchen, in Manhattan Federal Court; GFI Heating and Cooling, in Chicago Federal Court; Qimonda North American Corp., for a mass layoff, in Richmond, Va., Federal Court; SOH Distribution Co., in Harrisburg, Pa., Federal Court; and Sacramento Auto Insurance Center dba Cost U Less Insurance Center in San Joaquin County Court.
