Target discriminates against employees older than 50 and forces them to retire or quit or eliminates their jobs, a class action claims in New Orleans Federal Court.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Regis Corp., in San Diego Superior Court; California State Automobile Association, in Orange County Court; Santee Dairies, and Power Honda Costa Mesa, in Los Angeles Superior Court; The New Prestige Diner, in Newark Federal Court; and Peterman Door & Hardware, in Fort Worth Federal Court.
