A 28-year employee accuses Macy’s of gender discrimination, saying it fired her because she “worked even after clocking out,” but did not fire men who did the same thing, in Cincinnati Federal Court.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Deloitte & Touche, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Intel Corp., in Santa Clara County Court, Calif.; Mega Way Enterprises, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Rohr dba Goodrich Aerostructures, in San Diego County Court, Chula Vista; Reliant Energy, and Auto Fit Texas, in Houston Federal Court; Fidelis Care New York, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Superplay USA, in Palm Beach County Court; The Aerial Companies, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
