Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Carquest Auto Parts, in Ventura County Court, Calif.; Reel Security Corp., and St. Moritz Security Services, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Jack in the Box, in Riverside Superior Court, Calif.; Downey Savings and Loan, in San Diego Superior Court; Vanguard, National and Alamo Rent A Car, in Dallas Federal Court; IBI Armored Services, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; Creative Storage Systems, and H&W Logistics, in Atlanta Federal Court; and Premier Pool Enclosures, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
