**Noel Williams claims the **Ohio Department of Commerce  and its Director **Kimberly Zurz fired him because he is president of the Columbus NAACP, and Zurz wanted to show other employees where the power lay, in Columbus, Ohio, Federal Court.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: **St. Paul Guardian Insurance Co., in New York County Court; **Saturn Motor Car Corp. , in San Diego Superior Court; **Super Center Concepts, in Orange County Court, Calif.; **WellPoint , in Syracuse, N.Y., Federal Court; **USProtect Corp., The Griddle Café, Hamburger Mary’s International , and **Allan Co., in Los Angeles Superior Court; and Spivey Utility Construction Co. , in Tampa Federal Court.
