**Tyson Foods discriminates against women workers, a class-action complaint claims in Pine Bluff, Ark., Federal Court.           The **NLRB claims **APL Logistics Warehouse Management Services is conducting unfair labor practices by violating a collective bargaining agreement. See complaint in Louisville Federal Court.           A woman claims **Work Out World constructively fired her for truthfully reporting that the manager of its Fall River, Mass. outlet, **Mark Connelly , sexually harassed her, assaulted and battered her, and threatened to kill her for reporting his depredations, in Bristol County Court.            **SPX Corp., SPX Fluid Power and **Tom Prusinski assaulted and battered and fired him because he refused illegal commands to fire workers just because they were older than 55, **Philip Philbin claims in Chicago Federal Court.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: **Tritech Software Systems , in San Diego Superior Court; **Bank of America, on behalf of mortgage loan officers, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; **National Amusements, and **JA Rodeo Restaurant, in Los Angeles Superior Court; and **Southwestern Bell Telephone, and Mill-Tell, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court.
