A former employee of **Virginia Turf Management Associates claims her supervisor, Jesse Redden, masturbated to ejaculation in her presence, sexually groped her on another occasion, and fired her when she complained, in Charlottesville, Va., Federal Court.           A former employee sued **Valeo Inc. and **Elwood Staffing Services , claiming they did nothing when a co-worker assaulted and humped her and, on another occasion, “bit … her genitalia” after she was knocked out in a warehouse accident, in Indianapolis Federal Court.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: **Costco, in Los Angeles Superior Court; **Washington Mutual Bank, in San Diego Federal Court; **New York Life Insurance Co., in Manhattan Federal Court; **Citifinancial, in Pittsburgh Federal Court; **Mt.
