MIAMI – Reggaeton artist Daddy Yankee (Ramon Luis Ayala Rodriguez) can pursue claims that music producer Five Live Entertainment failed to pay him in full and failed to obtain necessary visas and work permits for concerts in Argentina, a federal judge ruled. In a separate order, U.S. District Judge Patricia Seitz refused to strike Five Live’s statement of facts in support of its motion for summary judgment
