Telos Holdings dba Point Classics claims Cascade GmbH sold and licensed some of the Telos classical music catalog to Barnes & Noble and others, without permission, in Nashville Federal Court.     Named as defendants in the Telos case are Cascade GmbH, Barnes & Noble, Richard Ellman dba International Producers Group, Megaforce Records dba MRI Associated, and Music Video Distributors dba MVD Audio.
