Descendants of Albert E. Brumley Sr. say he wrote the country classic tune “I’ll Fly Away,” in 1929 and these defendants owe them royalties on it, in a copyright claim in Nashville Federal Court: Albert E. Brumley & Sons, Integrated Copyright Group, and Robert Brumley.
