Formula Contractors claims Lafarge Canada sold it 180 concrete blocks for bridge abutments over a creek in Alberta, and the blocks contained unsealed containers that leaked arsenic, chromium, lead, selenium and other toxins into the creek. Formula demands the costs of repairs, in British Columbia Supreme Court, Vancouver.
