MILWAUKEE — A federal court in Wisconsin ruled that two black pastors may pursue their equal-protection claims against two sheriff’s deputies who asked them if they had guns or drugs in their car while they were legally parked on the side of a highway while waiting for a tow truck after their boat trailer got a flat tire. The pastors have adequately alleged that they were intentionally discriminated against and treated differently than a similarly situated white woman.
