CINCINNATI (CN) – A four-term member of the Ohio House of Representatives who left office in December claims the state law preventing him from lobbying the General Assembly for a year is unconstitutional. Thomas Brinkman Jr. says the state should not be allowed to bar him from lobbying for co-plaintiff, the Coalition Opposed to Additional Spending and Taxes. Brinkman and the coalition are represented in Federal Court by Christopher Finney with Finney, Stagnaro & Saba.
