Exxon auto accident

BATON ROUGE, La. — An appeals court in Louisiana reversed the partial summary judgment ruling in favor of a woman and her minor child and against ExxonMobil on the issue of whether its employee was on the job at the time of their car crash. Fact issues remain concerning whether the Exxon employee was driving within the course and scope of his employment.
