Failure to pay

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A federal court in North Carolina granted default judgment to a clothing company after a buyer purchased nearly half a million dollars worth of clothes, but never paid. Failure to pay does not constitute deceptive trade practices, but the buyer is liable for breach of contract.
