Family Farm Says It Was Stiffed|On Methane-From-Cow-Manure System

ALBANY (CN) – A family farm claims that Tri-State Solarcrete took $100,000 to build a “methane biodigester system that would produce electricity from dairy cow manure,” but failed to deliver it and won’t return the money.     Wagner Farm Properties, of Poestenkill, N.Y., sued Solarcrete, of Payne, Ohio, in Federal Court. The Wagners are represented by Richard Maider with Deily, Mooney & Glastetter.
