NEWARK (CN) – Actavis Totowa repeatedly violated FDA standards at its drugmaking plaints in New Jersey, federal prosecutors say. They say the drugs were adulterated, and improperly made, processed, packed or stored at three plants, two in Totowa and one in Little Falls.
