MANHATTAN (CN) – The CFO of a company that makes handbags for Tommy Hilfiger embezzled more than $4 million from Hilfiger from 2004 to 2007, federal prosecutors say. The complaint identifies Martin Bodner only as the former CFO of a “handbag design company,” and says he took the money in at least 75 electronic bank transfers and claimed it as “personal expenses”.
