SAN DIEGO — Trevon Antone Lucas, 23, of Highland, Calif., faces 20 years to life in prison if convicted of distributing fentanyl (counterfeited as oxycodone) that killed a resident of La Jolla — the fifth such death-by-fentanyl case this year, the U.S. attorney in San Diego said Wednesday.
