Field trips

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit ruled a lower court improperly dismissed Riley’s American Heritage Farms' claims for injunctive relief to block the Claremont Unified School District’s alleged ongoing policy barring future field trips to the farm that offers historical reenactments and apple picking. The district broke off its business relationship with the farm after its owner made controversial comments on his personal Twitter account.
