LUXEMBOURG – Calling out Greece’s failure to recover about $700 million worth of aid granted to Ellinika Nafigeia AE, the owner of a Greek shipyard in Skaramagkas that specialized in building military vessels, the European Court of Justice ordered a fine of $8.85 million, plus about $6.46 million for every six months of delay.
A copy of the ruling is not available in English.
