Fired Manager Says Tyson Foods|Knows It Violates Labor Laws

JACKSON, MISS. (CN) – **Tyson Foods fired a longtime personnel manager to retaliate for his true reports that the company owes workers at the Carthage, Miss., plant $8 million to $12 million in unpaid wages, Terry Prideaux claims in Federal Court.
