Florida Courts Of Appeal

GOVERNMENT, PUBLIC RECORD – The Miami Herald challenged a determination that a document written by a City of Miami commissioner in his official capacity was exempt from disclosure. J. Green ruled that the document is not exempt from disclosure because the document is not a draft and was written in an official capacity to document official city business. See ruling.
