WILMINGTON, Del. (CN) – Walt Disney Co. cheated Magic Films of its share of profits from “High School Musical 3” and “Hannah Montana: The Movie,” says the film financer in Chancery Court. After financing a slate of 32 Disney movies in exchange for profit shares, says Magic Films, Disney cut it out of the two hits because huge profits were expected. Magic and its partner Kingdom Films are represented by Patricia Enerio with Proctor Heyman.
