International Internship Programs sued the Departments of Homeland Security, Immigration and Justice, complaining that it should not have to pay “cultural exchange visitors” from Japan, China, Korea and Thailand prevailing wages to work as teacher’s assistants in U.S. schools, in D.C. Federal Court.
