Great Idea, But A Fraud, Investors Say

PHILADEPHIA (CN) – Bruce Redding Jr. defrauded investors of $1.5 million by claiming his “**U-Strip ” and “U-Wand ” inventions could deliver medicine through the pores using sonic waves, the investors claim in Federal Court.     West Peak Ventures of Canada and Stapleton Investments claim Redding, of Broomall, Pa., lied when he said his company, Encapsulation Systems Inc., already was making money from the gizmo.
