SAN ANTONIO (CN) – A man claims the City of San Antonio violated his civil rights by prosecuting him for “illegal burning” of the Mexican flag at the Alamo. He says he was protesting illegal immigration from Mexico, and also complains that several bystanders threatened him during his protest.
