CHICAGO (CN) – Illinois Energy Savings Corp. dba US Energy Savings Corp. defrauded Illinois citizens by deceptive door-to-door sales of multi-year contracts, in which salesmen working purely on commission made false claims, concealed delivery costs and early termination charges and misrepresented nonexistent “savings” from defendants’ Natural Gas Fixed Price Program, the State of Illinois claims in cook County Court. The State demands fines and an injunction.
