Improper involuntary treatment

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — A Florida appeals court rules that the lower court should not have ordered involuntary substance abuse treatment for a citizen because, in the citizen’s absence, the court called and questioned the professional who executed the involuntary treatment certificate.
