Indiana sues county over ICE rules

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Indiana sued St. Joseph County and its law enforcement officials, claiming that the county's policy to not honor federal ICE detainer requests and designating ICE as a "non-cooperative" agency violate Indiana laws.
