Insulin price suit un-remanded

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit reversed the trial court’s decision to remand California’s lawsuit against pharmacy benefits managers CaremarkPCS Health LLC for conduct that allegedly inflated the price of insulin in the state. The decision to remand was premised on a single prong of the relevant test, so the matter must be reconsidered so the rest of the arguments may be analyzed.
