WASHINGTON – The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled that the law under which a man was indicted for sex abuse conduct that took place in Vietnam is constitutional.
The man was indicted under the Prosecutorial Remedies and Other Tools to End the Exploitation of Children Today Act, otherwise known as the PROTECT Act.
