EUREKA, Calif. (CN) – An Internet services provider claims Genix Marketing sent 7,700 deceptive spam emails that promised free gifts, but used credit card information from people who claimed them and charged them $89 apiece for it. Also sued in Humboldt County Court are Genix Labs, Luminousbrites.com, Colonmed700.com, Edgar Babayan, and Arin Aghajani, all of Glendale.
