ATLANTA (CN) – R. Kelly and concert promoter Leonard Rowe defrauded an investor of $120,000 by promising him half interest in Kelly’s “Double Up” tour, and then stiffing him, Terrance Kinnard says in a racketeering complaint in Federal Court. This complaint was filed as Kelly went to trial in Chicago on child pornography charges.
