VANCOUVER, B.C. – A member sued the Alma Mater Society of the University of British Columbia to try to prevent it from issuing the referendum question, “Do you support your student union (AMS) in boycotting products and divesting from companies that support Israeli war crimes, illegal occupation, and the oppression of Palestinians?”, in B.C. Supreme Court.
