NEW HAVEN – North American Entertainment Group claims that Latham Entertainment has no right to sue for trademark infringement, as it threatened to do, if North American uses the terms King of Comedy or Queen of Comedy in a comedy tour; it cites dozens of comics who have been called kings or queens of comedy.
