BRONX, N.Y. — The New York attorney general sued Chestnut Holdings of New York, manager of 6,000 apartments in 134 buildings in New York City, claiming it did not conduct annual investigations and remediation of apartments containing children under 6, putting them at risk of lead poisoning, in Bronx County Supreme Court.
