A Wisconsin man died of Legionnaires disease he contracted The Islander hotel in Daytona Beach Shores, his estate claims in Orlando Federal Court. The estate sued Bray & Gillespie Management, Ocean Resorts and Ocean Waters LLC.           Dozens of people have sued these defendants in Miami-Dade County Court for injuries suffered when a plane crashed in a Bolivian swamp on Feb. 1, 2008, allegedly because of a defective landing gear: Lloyd Aero Boliviano, Transporte Aereo Militar, Interamerican Trade and Transport, Promati Inc., Aviation Refinancing Transaction, Telesis Aircraft Systems Group, GA Telesis, Aircraft Systems Group, American Services Group, and The Boeing Co.
