Temecula Valley School District special education teacher Eve Pierson sexually preyed upon a high school student in her class, for which she was arrested, charged, and pleaded guilty, the boy’s parents claim in Riverside County Court, Calif.           New York City schoolteacher Elmer Hammond sexually abused a young student at IS 59 and later at Richmond High School, the boy’s mother claims in Queens County Court. She sued the school district and Hammond’s supervisor.
