Libertarian ballot petitions

A New York federal judge granted the Libertarian Party of New York an injunction keeping the state’s Board of Elections from enforcing its rule prohibiting people who aren't qualified to vote in New York from acting as witnesses for candidates who are collecting signatures to run for office.
