WILMINGTON, Del. – Philip R. Shawe, a co-founder of Transperfect Global, translation and litigation services, claims that his partner Elizabeth Elting spent more than $21 million of corporate money on herself, most of it to pay her personal income tax, in a derivative complaint in Chancery Court.
