Loyola University contract

CHICAGO — The Seventh Circuit revived Loyola University students' breach of contract claim stemming from the university's cancellation of in-person classes during the Covid-19 pandemic, finding they have reasonably alleged an implied promise of in-person instruction that they paid for but never received.
