PHILADELPHIA — The mother of a 13-year-old girl sued Lyft in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, claiming that despite its alleged policy of not giving rides to unaccompanied children, a Lyft driver did just that, delivering the girl, then 11, to a hotel where he sexually assaulted her.
