Lyft Sued

The mother of a 13-year-old girl sued Lyft in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, claiming that despite <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Lyft-Sued.pdf">its alleged policy of not giving rides to unaccompanied children</a></strong>, a Lyft driver did just that, delivering the girl, then 11, to a hotel where he sexually assaulted her.</p>
