BROOKLYN — Microsoft brought a federal complaint against John Does Controlling Computer Botnets, claiming they “have illegally created and are using for criminal purposes a global network of interconnected computers knows as the ‘Necurs Botnet,’” infecting more than 9 million computers with malicious software.
