McDonald's

A disabled woman claims McDonald’s fired her after a manager told her her “retarded ass wasn’t working fast enough,” in a discrimination claim in Brevard County Court, Titusville, Fla.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: BSH Home Appliances Corp., in Orange County Court, Calif.; the U.S. Postal Service, in Texarkana, Texas, Federal Court; Hancock Industries, and Sushi House, in Brooklyn Federal Court; and Kehe Food Distribution, in Seattle Federal Court.     (Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
