LOS ANGELES — Valery Bogomolny, 44, of Westwood, was sentenced Wednesday to 5 years in federal prison for fraudulently billing Medicare for more than $4 million for unnecessary or nonexistent items from his company, Royal Medical Supply, federal prosecutors said.
