LOS ANGELES — Three dozen firefighters who responded to the Aliso Canyon methane blowout near Los Angeles — the largest gas leak in U.S. history — sued Southern California Gas and Sempra Energy in superior court Monday, accusing them of knowingly exposing them to carcinogenic chemicals, negligence, fraudulent concealment, and other charges.
