Motivational passages

NEW ORLEANS — The Fifth Circuit upheld the dismissal of a copyright infringement suit brought by a sports psychologist against a high school softball team and flag corps after they posted motivational passages from the book “Winning Isn’t Normal” on their social media accounts. The posts were removed immediately upon request, and the author was “unable to identify any actual financial injury.”
