N.Y. Appeals Court Rejects Town's ATV-Friendly Law

ALBANY, N.Y. (CN) – A New York appellate court found that the town of Horicon, 70 miles north of Albany, failed to comply with traffic and environmental laws when it passed a 2002 law opening eight roads to ATVs. See ruling.
